The Beverly School Committee has a clear policy that permits parents and students to request open enrollment from one of our elementary schools to another. Open enrollment applications must be completed on a yearly basis by May 1st. If you are interested in applying for Open Enrollment please click on the application link above, download and complete the application. Once completed you may mail it to: Beverly Public Schools, Attention: Superintendent’s Office, 70 Balch Street, Beverly, MA 01915 or you may email it to email@example.com. Responses to all applications received will be sent out at the beginning of June.
